About Free Shipping in Provinces of Canada

Friends, today Aostirmotor brings you good news. Maybe you already know from other social medias of Aostirmotor. Yes, that is free shipping in some provinces of Canada, which will stay for a long period.

 

At present, due to hot sales, some e-bikes are out of stock but we do have models  S05 and S18 in stock. Besides, all of our accessories are currently only in stock in the US and can be shipped to Canada, please contact us for additional shipping costs.

Attention: Aostirmotor is still unable to arrange e-bikes from US warehouses to Canada.

The marked area is where AOSTIRMOTOR can ship to, currently we only provide  free shipping to ON/QC/BC/AB/SK/MB/NB/NS/NL as indicated in the above picture.

1) Express Delivery Time:

Orders are usually shipped the next business day when in stock, and shipping time is 7-15 days. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order is  shipped which can help you check the shipping information at any time.

If the product is displayed as pre-sale or out of stock, please refer to the product page for the specific delivery date of the order.

2) Transport Logistics Issues

① Usually the order will update the logistics information within three working days. If there is no logistics information, please contact us in time: aostirmotor@gmail.com

② Depending on your location, you may need to sign upon delivery. Thank you for your cooperation.

③ If you haven't received the bike yet, but the logistics information shows that it has been delivered. In this case, please contact us within 7 days, otherwise we will no longer process it.

NOTE: If you do not contact us within seven days, you need to contact the logistics company to resolve the problem.

3.Self-pickupService:

  • Accepting Self-pickup:

 If you need self-pickup service, we are willing to provide you with a discount code and you can contact us at any time. (inbox or official mailbox)

  • Canada Self-pickup Time:

We will try our best to submit the pick-up request on the next working day after receiving the order, usually we need 2 working days for preparation. We will confirm the specific pickup time, location and documents you need to bring with you via email.
