AOSTIRMOTOR Replacement Keys

If you ever lose your keys and need replacements, gather the following information and contact us to place an order. The cost to replace a set of keys is $45 USD(shipping to US)/$65 USD(shipping to Canada), plus tax and shipping.

• Please provide your electric bike model and key code (there is a string of numbers next to the keyhole, please refer to the image below). We need to confirm whether new keys can be configured.
  
  
• Please provide your name and current mailing address(no P.O. boxes).
• It takes 7 working days for us to make new keys and 7-15 days for delivery.

A20 currently cannot be configured with new keys, only new lock and keys can be replaced.
